CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please allow yourself 24 hours prior to appointment to do so or your deposit will be lost. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged a 50% of service fee, no-shows will be charged 100%. All applicable fees must be paid before making another appointment. There is a 5 minute grace period, passing that is a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a new deposit & a 50% cancellation fee. I understand life and emergencies happen, please reach out if needed for your appointments. New clients please try to arrive 5 minutes early, all clients may arrive no earlier than 5 minutes unless coordinated differently with your esthetician, thank you!
